Best place to store your goods. The staff is always very nice and helpful. The hours are perfect and the price is actually reasonable. They take security seriously and the process to get going is very easy. I would highly recommend this place over neighboring locations for storage.

VERY good experience with Ashley at the call center and Jackie at the A-1 Storage Facility in Concord, CA. Both my wife and I were extremely impressed how efficient it was to make arrangements for car storage.

I couldn’t be happier. I had a sudden and unexpected change in the timeline on my move-in plans and the manager there, Jackie, was absolutely at the top of her game, and I’m a difficult guy to please. The facilities are clean and well run. No surprises. Jackie manages to anticipate one’s every need—something that should’ve taken anywhere else half a day she did it an hour, if she isn’t running one of your regions in a year you’d be out of your minds. 10 years ago, I would have hired her out from under you in a New York minute. make sure that you follow through with what you promised to deliver. If I didn’t think so, I wouldn’t have done so.

Rented a unit at this place for my mom and had a great experience. Very Kind and very Professional store manager helped us securing the rental, I think her name is Jackie and she mentioned she is new to the company. After our conversation during the rental process I can tell that she has a lot of expertise in this field. We went to few more places before we went to A-1 storage and decided to rent with them due to great customer service and very clean and well kept facility. Definitely recommended and Thank you for your help Jackie.

Jackie was super helpful and got us set up right away! She walked us through everything and made sure everything was up to standards and all the codes worked before giving us the unit which was very nice.
Space is nicely sized, clean and well-kept.
