The gym is very friendly and inviting. The trainers are all very nice and helpful. I like that the workouts are only 30 minutes and they are opened at 6 am. The monthly fees are really reasonable and you get a great workout . I highly recommend 9 round to anybody wanting to get or stay in shape.

Highly recommend 9Round Newark. When I first signed up last summer, I didn't think I'd last more than a few months. Previously I've just lost interest or the motivation. I've been with 9Rounds for 9 months now and still going strong.
As a busy working mom, I can come between my kid's drop off and meetings, burn ton of calories, and get on with my day.
People here are at all levels and anyone is welcomed. There's not only many female members, but also female trainers. The facility is super clean. I like that the trainers let you go at your pace but they make sure you are pushing your limits.
With the flexibility to come at anytime, this is the most sustainable realistic exercise regime I've had with real results.

It’s great there are no class times. You walk in and start your workout and you are done in 30 to 40 minutes! Having the trainer there to assist is helpful to ensure clients are doing each Round correctly and safely. Clean environment and the best trainer! Love that the workout changes daily.
