Hemla has been an invaluable gift in my life. She has helped me through a very difficult phase in my life. She helped me understand myself, what triggers me and comes in the way of my success. With breathing and grounding exercises, she helped me navigate some very difficult decisions and circumstances. More importantly she has the most calming and grounding presence. Every session I had with her gave me actionable tips for life and a feeling of clarity.

I booked a constellation session with Hemla after hearing her on a podcast, and knew I had to work with her to help work through the blockages I was experiencing in trying to conceive my daughter. I had been through 4 rounds of IVF to conceive my son and suffered two blighted ovum miscarriages and was terrified of it happening again if I were to undergo fertility treatments again. In the session, we explored my Irish ancestry and healed the blight of the potato famine in my Irish past.
6 months later, I did one final round of IVF and got one perfect embryo that resulted in a pregnancy that was NOT blighted…my beautiful, perfect baby girl was born healthy and full term.
I can not thank Hemla enough for the powerful work she observed for me that day. I am so grateful to her for the part she played in bringing my daughter home safely to me and completing our family.

Hemla's color therapy course combines meditations, exercises, lectures and community all in one., and that's what makes it very appealing. I also love learning about color therapy and how it can provide insights into what is going on in my life.

I am halfway through the course and my favorite lesson so far was on color and prana/chi/ life force and how to access it. I am looking forward to the class on color and relationships and crystals and essential oils!

Hemla is a warm, intuitive, and caring healer, and she offers her guidance with the utmost empathy for every single person in the (online) room. I feel that I can trust her, and to me, that is very important.

I've been attending 7 Rays Holistic Center's Women's Circle Meditations for over a year. Hemla is an excellent instructor, welcoming and warm, she makes both newcomers and veteran visitors alike feel comfortable and at ease.
