Such wonderful meals for my family during the postpartum period. My wife loves it, and team members are super nice and polite. Highly recommended!!

I can't say enough great things about Yuezi Kitchen.

The food was healthy, and especially well tailored for a new mother. The value was also great, as the portions were huge. Each day, the amount of food that arrived was easily enough for two people.

Also, their team is communicative, and they were quick to respond to any and all questions. We feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered them, and we even extended our use of their service by one month.

I could not have survived my first postpartum month without this service. For one glorious month, I didn't have to think about cooking or ad hoc food deliveries - this was super critical as we were in such a new parent daze. Baby brain is real!

Every morning we'd wake up to a big box of food on our doorstep which was enough to feed my husband and I for the entire day and more! We normally received several soups, several veggie dishes, a couple of meat based mains, rice, other starches like congee or buns and some sweet soups.

While the website is all in Chinese, they also have English speaking folks who are really responsive by phone or by email. They're all super nice and accommodating. Loved this service and thought it was worth every penny.

10/10 would do this again if we have another kid.

As a new mother and previous customer, I definitely recommend their service. The variety and portions of menu options exceeded expectations and the food were both nutritious and tasteful. What I mean by tasteful is that the food still retained juiciness and tenderness despite being microwaved. The food did not contain any MSG and cooking oil was kept to a minimum. I found the food to be very helpful in my post-partum recovery in terms of energy levels, digestion, and no adverse reaction from my baby, which consumed my breast-milk. More importantly, as parents of a newborn, my husband and I did not have time to prepare food and did not want to order greasy take out every day. Their daily delivery service was always on time and was never delayed or absent. My only suggestion is that the service wash their vegetables more diligently as I've noticed some dirt in the crevices of the vegetables. All in all, 5-stars and highly recommended!

If you have any interest in a traditional "confinement" month and even if you don't, this is a great food service. Pricey, and yet, so worth it: Food is plentiful, healthy, and tasty. We had lots of leftovers that we were able to share with visitors that came by. It just took a huge load off to not have to plan, cook, or think about meals while caring for a newborn and during postpartum recovery. So when you think about the volume of food you get (could feed 2, and possibly 3!), and the time you save, it's a slam dunk! If you are comfortable eating traditional Chinese meals or are willing to be slightly adventurous, I highly, highly recommended checking out Yuezi Kitchen.

Also, I was immediately impressed with the level of service at all times. It's a well run operation and everyone I communicated with was really customer-focused, a rarity these days!

Note: this isn't your typical American Chinese food. It's nutrient-rich warm bone broths, lots of protein, and some veggies and carbs. Expect bones in your meat, morsels you can't identify, low sodium yumminess.
